Level 2 Survey
The most popular choice for standard residential properties in reasonable condition.
Best for:
- Properties built after 1970
- Standard construction and materials
- Properties in average to good condition
- Not significantly extended or altered
Level 3 Survey
Our most comprehensive survey for older, complex or unusual properties.
Best for:
- Properties over 50 years old
- Unusual or non-standard construction
- Properties in poor or unknown condition
- Significantly extended or structurally altered properties
Snagging Survey
An independent inspection of a newly built property before or after you move in.
Best for:
- Brand new build properties
- Identifying defects and unfinished work
- Getting issues fixed by your developer at no cost to you
- Recommended before legal completion where possible
Specific Defect
A focused inspection of one specific concern or issue within a property.
Best for:
- A specific crack, damp issue or structural concern
- When you need expert advice on one particular problem
- Any age or type of property
